Brined and grilled pork chops with baked sweet potato. After dinner I started the process of making Tzatziki for tomorrow or Friday. Straining whole milk plain yogurt, and marinating cucumber and garlic.

I did two months of Keto, two months off, and have been back on for a couple weeks now. I was 269 last time I weighed myself. It's not something I look at daily, because I have very little by way of a self esteem. haha I like to be sure I am going to have a pleasant surprise.
If I had to guess, I am probably closing on 260 now. I'd like to be at 230 by the end of next month. I'm in a wedding and the sister of my friend's wife to be is not only single, but gorgeous. Don't tell anyone I said that... haha

Jason- Part of what put me on this diet was blood work I had done back in the winter months. BP, cholesterol, blood sugar, and A1C were all of a level that demanded I start taking life a little more seriously. Especially with my family medical history. Age just sneaks up on a guy.
